My old site leaned hard into Matomo-first analytics, privacy-first tracking, experimentation, and technical SEO. Those things still matter to me — they just sit underneath a broader builder identity now.
I like the messy middle: turning vague ideas, data, and workflows into something useful, maintainable, and calm enough that a real team can keep using it.
The migration is not about copying the old positioning verbatim. It’s about keeping the depth and credibility that still help while letting the new identity lead.

Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools are practical accelerators when used with judgment.
Useful beats flashy, and clear beats clever when the work has to live on.
I like shipping with enough detail that the result can be maintained after I’m gone.
Good measurement should respect people instead of working around them.
